Here at Simple Tech Support, we understand that, as an executive, you require everything to be working at all times at home. Here we can help you. We pride ourselves on being quick response and trustworthy. Everything we do is strictly confidential. After all, this is your house and we completely understand the need for trust. For a monthly retainer fee (See charts below) we can provide quick remote hands and, if needed, come on-site to assist.
NDAs
Of course, we will keep any information private however, we will happily sign any NDAs that you require to be satisfied.
No Resolution Fee
With our retainer fees, we will not charge for any resolutions of any issues, just our time (£35 per hour + travel).
Discounts for no usage
We understand that you might not need us all the time. So, therefore, if at the end of the quarter you have not used us then we will apply a discount on your bill.
Annual Home Visits
We offer a service, once a year, to come to your property (the UK Only, anywhere else is extra costs). We will look at your home setup, and document to allow us to provide better remote support when needed. Here we can discuss plans/requirements you have and resolve any outstanding issues.
Backups
We will assist with any backups and make recommendations for you. We are NOT responsible for any data loss. We will check that backups are taken regularly on our monthly checks.
Household Support
With this service, we can offer the same technical support to your immediate family. This does count towards your free support hours and fees.
Monthly Computer Checks
With this service, we will remotely connect to all your PCs/Macs via TeamViewer and make sure that all updates have been applied and that any backups are done.
Remote Support
Our main service is remote support and we do this via TeamViewer. If we need to visit the site for any reason, outside your annual check, then we will charge travel expenses and an hourly rate of £35.
Project Consulting
Moving House? We can offer a service where we assist you with technical set-up and get you in touch with the right people to complete any additional work you require.
Hardware Purchases and Vendor Interaction
With our highest service, we will take the hassle out of purchasing the kit, obviously recharged via us and we will also deal with any vendor and troubleshoot any issues with them as required.
Performance Monitoring
We can install a remote performance monitor application on your devices. This will only provide performance information on the device, we will then alert you if we see anything that can be action to maintain the performance or recommend refreshing of hardware.
