Only upon resolution of your issue, we will charge a resolution fee of £35. If diagnostics and fix take longer than the 1 free hour then we charge an additional £35 per hour
You can either drop it off at our locations or arrange postage for us. We can arrange this but it will be added to your charges.
These charges will be discussed with you beforehand and added to our fees.
This is a best efforts service, we will endeavour to complete the work ASAP and can update you on the status anytime you require.
We will endeavour to recover and restore any data but ultimately it is your responsibility to make sure data is backed up. We are not responsible for any data loss.
